Numbers Expanded to Standard Form: Self Checking Spot the Difference, Dad Jokes and Guess the Sketch
Description
A fun digital activity focusing on adding expanded numbers and changing to standard form, which can be shared with your students via google classroom. Three google sheets are included; dad jokes (10 questions), spot the difference (10 questions) and guess the sketch (6 questions).
As the students type in the correct answers’ parts of the picture or joke starts to appear – providing immediate feedback.
- Spot the Difference Sheet (10 Questions): Once the final two pictures are revealed then students can complete the spot the difference activity!
- Dad Jokes (10 Questions): Every time a student answers a question correctly a ‘hilarious joke’ is revealed.
- Guess the Sketch (6 Questions): Each correct answer reveals a little bit more of a sketch, students guess the picture once they have answered all questions correctly.
A fun digital activity for students, it is best done on laptops or chrome books.
