How to create a team membership

- when you are an administrator (not one of the members)

  1. Select the plan that best suits your team https://topteachingtasksmembers.com/registration/
  2. Give your team or school a name (this can be changed later)
  3. DO NOT tick the box to “Take up a seat” on your team
  4. Click “Sign Up Now” to proceed to checkout and complete purchase

ADDING MEMBERS TO YOUR TEAM

  1. Go to your My Account page https://topteachingtasksmembers.com/my-account/ 
  2. Click “Members” to manage your team
  3. “Add Members” to allocate remaining seats on your team
  1. You can send the link via email for team members to click and add themselves (this will be open to anyone who clicks the link, so less secure), OR you can add them manually and set their team role.
  2. Invited members will be sent an email (ensure they check junk folders) with a link to access the membership website and set up their password.
 

TEAM ROLES
You can set different levels of access for different team members. As the person purchasing the membership – you are automatically the Owner of the team.

PENDING MEMBER INVITATIONS
Until members accept their invitation, they will show as “Pending Invitations”.
By clicking on “Pending Invitations” the owner or manager can resend the invitation, cancel the invitation, or change the new user’s role.

MANAGING MEMBERS
Once members have accepted their invitation, and logged in, you can manage them within the “Members” tab.

MANAGING BILLING
IF PAID VIA CREDIT CARD:
Your annual renewal will be automatically renewed.
If you need to update your credit card details, go to “My Account” > “Subscriptions” > “View” > “Change Payment”.

IF PAID VIA INVOICE:
You will need to manually renew your subscription by going to “My Account” > “Subscriptions” > “View” > “Pay”.

DOWNLOAD GST INVOICE
A GST invoice will be attached to your payment confirmation email.
You can download another copy by going to “My Account” > “Subscriptions” > “View” > “Invoice”.
